U.S. immigration

Your work permit, filed early.

We prepare your I-765 for a first work permit, a renewal or a replacement card, and remind you early so you can renew in time.

Who it's for

  • People with a pending green card (adjustment of status) application
  • Spouses of certain visa holders (for example, some H-4 spouses)
  • Others in an eligible USCIS category, which is shown on your immigration documents

If you're not sure whether you qualify, speak with an immigration attorney. We prepare the application for the category on your documents.

How we help

  • Prepare Form I-765 for a first permit, renewal or replacement
  • Organize your receipt notices, I-94 and earlier cards
  • Photos to USCIS specifications
  • Renewal reminders well before your card expires

Call 463-301-9000
When should I renew?

USCIS accepts most renewals up to 180 days before your current card expires. File early, because processing takes time.

Is my card extended while my renewal is pending?

For most renewals filed on or after October 30, 2025, there is no automatic extension. If your card expires before the renewal is approved, you may have to stop working, so file as early as USCIS allows.

My card was lost. What now?

You request a replacement card using the same Form I-765.
