U.S. immigration
Invite family to visit.
Inviting parents or relatives for a visit, a wedding or a new baby? We draft the invitation letter, organize your sponsor documents and help your visitor complete their visa application.
Who it's for
- Families in the U.S. inviting parents, relatives or friends
- Visitors coming for a wedding, a birth, a family event or a holiday
Your visitor applies for the visa themselves, completing the DS-160 online and attending an interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate in their own country. Most applicants now need an in-person interview. Your documents support their application.
How we help
- Draft a clear invitation letter
- Organize your proof of status, income and address
- Prepare Form I-134 (Declaration of Financial Support) if you choose to provide it
- Help your visitor complete the DS-160 accurately and book the interview

Questions
Visitor Visa Sponsorship FAQ.
General information only, not legal advice. Ask us about your situation.
Call 463-301-9000Does an invitation letter guarantee a visa?
No. The consular officer decides, mainly based on the visitor's ties to their home country and their travel plans.
How long can a visitor stay?
The officer at the U.S. port of entry sets the length of stay on the I-94 record. For visitors this is often up to 6 months.
Is Form I-134 required?
No, it's optional for visitor visas. If you provide it, give the signed form to your visitor to bring to the interview. It isn't filed with USCIS for a visitor visa.
